About Us
Our Mission
Creative Arts Academy, located in Magnolia, is dedicated both creativity and technique in the arts. Starting in the Summer 2023 will will be offering dance and music training. Christian values are our guide, and without excess, we offer a strong technical base in both music and dance to help our students find confidence as they develop and share their creative talents.
Our dance studio is a non-competitive contemporary dance program, which by definition offers a broad offering of styles, with a solid base of both modern and ballet technique, also creative dance, hip hop, tap, folk and social dance. We strive for age appropriate movement, clean music, and modest costuming.
Music will offer children's musical prep classes ages 3-7, and a children's choir (ages 8-13) starting with camps in the Summer 2023. The children's classes include solfege singing, music notation, pre-note reading skills, ear training, rhythm, instruments, and exploring the elements of music. The choir continue the above applicable curriculum and will sing classic children's folk, Christian, and art songs.
